Coronavirus Update: Office To Close Week of March 16

Announcement

At the recommendation of various government agencies and health organizations amidst concern for the spread of the COVID-19 Coronavirus, Capital Asset Management Group will close our physical office beginning 3/16/20, but remain open for business remotely. Please find the pertinent details of this measure below: 

  • Our entire staff will work remotely from home to continue to support you and your needs. We have implemented call forwarding and will check our voicemails daily. However, for the most immediate needs please correspond with our office by e-mail.
  • We will have one designated person checking our office mail periodically. If you have paperwork to return to our office, please coordinate with your advisor to send electronically so delays in processing are avoided. We have multiple secure ways for you to transmit. 
  • All meetings currently scheduled for the week of 3/16/20 and beyond will still be held in a virtual format. Virtual meetings are facilitated using either Zoom or Join.Me and will include a combination of a phone call and screenshare when possible. If you would like to reschedule your meeting altogether, please contact Kristian Thomas at k.thomas@capitalamg.com.

 We will closely monitor the news and guidance available to us and notify you of any changes to our operating protocols.
